Relevant de du Gestionnaire de l’Entretien, vous serez impliqué dans les activités quotidiennes du département de l’Entretien, avec comme objectif de s’assurer de fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.

Principales responsabilités :

• Fournir un excellent service à la clientèle à tous nos clients internes en magasin à travers le Canada ;
• Vous devez également accomplir diverses tâches administratives, dont l’entrée de bons de commande, de factures et la préparation de divers documents ;
• La connaissance des domaines de la construction et de la gestion de projets est un atout.

Qualification et compétences :

• Au moins une (1) année d’expérience dans un poste similaire dans l’industrie du détail ;
• Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office, de même que Word et Excel ;
• Orienté vers le travail d’équipe et le service à la clientèle ;
• Être bilingue (français et anglais) ;
• Posséder d’excellentes habiletés en communication.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a general knowledge of accounting principles as they relate specifically to the Quebec Construction Industry.

In addition to inputting and managing the Accounts Receivables and Payables, generating Purchase Orders and Change Orders, the candidate will be working closely with the Operations department and be responsible for generating cost reports for each job and ensuring conformity of CSST and CCQ requirements for all sub-trades.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting (for a general contractor a plus).
• Accounts payable and receivable experience a must.
• Fluently bilingual in both written and oral presentations.
• Good knowledge of the following software;
  • MS Word
  • MS Excel
  • MS  Power Point
  • Quick Books Pro
• CEGEP diploma.

Reliable, autonomous and detail oriented a must.

Salary range: $35k to $40k
